They came to my house and fenced off the deck so raccoons can no longer live under it. Fast, reasonably-priced work. Would recommend š

L&K have been great to work with! From the moment we reached out, they were responsive and able to meet our timeline quickly. They gave us a good understanding of what was going on with the rodent activity in the detached garage. They completed the work in a timely manner and didnāt overcharge us, even though additional work was needed to complete the job. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable, reliable company!
Imelda and her team are incredibly professional and did a fantastic job with an issue I had with rat infestation in my insulation. They did the job perfectly and at a very competitive price. I highly recommend them!
L&K is the only company going into the crawl space to inspect among the 4 companies I consult with. They provide excellent service with decent price and fantastic communication.
L and K are very experienced and savvy. They are very interested in client satisfaction. They work hard and well in challenging circumstances. I have asked them back to do additional projects.
Imelda and Carlos did a great job on our crawl space. Prompt response, and completed work in a timely manner. Very good communication , always updating me on the project. Highly recommend!
Had a great experience with L+K. Replaced all insulation, sprayed for mold. Installed new vents and went out of their way to fix a broken pipe. They did an excellent job would hire again
They were terrific. Punctual, responsive, pointed out some issues in the project areaā¦ some of the very best people Iāve worked with. Iād hire them again in a minute.
So happy with Carlos and Imelda!! They did a great job for such a great value, I couldnt ask for anything else! I will definitely be using them for services in the future!
Very satisfied with the work quality and how fast the crew accomplished the job. Imelda and Carlos came the next day after I requested an estimate for crawl space clean out and rodent control. KL's contracted price was significantly lower than another major service provider's estimate who I had earlier come to my home and inspect the work to be done
I would highly recommend KLcrawlspace for any crawl space job. I greatly appreciated their quick response to my questions and helping me navigate technical problems. They started on time, finished early and completed all the work. They cleaned up and hauled away every scrap of stuff that came out of the crawl space. I hope I donāt have to, but would hire them again.
KL Crawlspace was responsive, professional, available and fast. They completed the project in about half of the time I had imagined. I would give them an excellent recommendation. Good communicators too.
Absolutely amazing. Helped to remove a very long dryer vent as well as do some quick mold clean up. Weāre quick to also diagnose another issue, but not in an upsell way, but in a way that it will impact us further down the road. Would hire again any day and will have them back to finish the next project.
Imelda, Carlos, and their crew were absolutely amazing! My crawlspace was in terrible condition, with carcasses, mostly missing insulation, lately any vapor barrier left...the works. From day 1, KL Crawlspace and crew were helpful, honest, and asked what I'd like each step of the way. And they worked so hard even in the heat, without requiring me to be there the whole time. Thanks, all, I'm sure this will last me many years! Before and after pics attached.
The guys showed up on time and got a big job on our attic/crawlspace insulation removal/replacement, duct repair, attic access, vapor barrier replacement done in 2 days. The price was fair, and they left the site clean. We were able to be in the house while work was being done. They found some leaking under the house & repaired it for us, and were able to help us with other contractor contacts for other work we need to have done. They were very friendly and easy to work with- highly recommend!!
Excellent service, KLC was punctual, professional, did incredible quality work for excellent value. They were very responsive and stayed longer than estimated to make sure the job was done correctly. I was in a very difficult financial situation with an urgent rodent issue and they worked with me to establish price and payment plan that worked for me. Price wise they bested two other companies I had evaluate the space and offered to complete more work for the price. They even repaired a leak for me and laid traps in my crawl space. I would absolutely recommend them and will be a returning customer when I need my attic insulation redone. Thank you very much.
KL Crawlspace was great to work with. Great communication before, during, and after the job. I highly recommend them for your job.
