Chef Brian did a wine-paired, 4-course dinner Party for me at my home. It was an exceptional night. The food he prepared was top-notch, his service was great and he is a very good guy to work with. I can’t say enough about how special he made my birthday dinner party. I’d hire him again in a heartbeat.

Brian, This was the first time I have hired a private chef. I planned to a special birthday for my wife and invited my son and daughter in law. This was the most amazing experience. You far exceeded my expectations and made the evening a huge success. The short rib ragu was truly amazing. The pizza desert put us over the top. What really made the evening special was your interaction with the 4 of us. Your professionalism and cooking were fantastic. I can't thank you enough for a special evening that my wife and I will remember for a long time.
Brian is amazing! He came to our home for a valentines dinner for my husband and I. My husband is picky but ate every single thing. His food is out of this world delicious, he responds quickly and gives great ideas for meals. We for sure will be using him again. Thanks Brian!
