Worst locksmith. Came over sold a super cheap lock for a premium price. Also was asked to do reinforcements on door charged me 100 dollars for less than 1 minute of job which was half assed work on exterior door reinforcement!

he went out of the way to come over almost immediately an didn't give up when the job proved to be very challenging.
Got a quote for a car fob programming to be done at their kiosk location. Tried to make an appointment but they wouldn't commit to an appointment. I told them I'd be there today at 10am when they opened, they said they'd be there. I asked them to tell me if their plans changed. They didn't show up until 12:30...I waited 2.5 hours for them. They still charged me the full price. 2 stars (vs. 1) because they did the job and apologized.
My lock was harder than I initially thought so he had to purchase a new set and return to install. I appreciated the professional follow through.

Responded to my request instantaneously! Even though it was late. As my request sent out, I immediately received a phone call. He came through for a last minute, early morning job! Very grateful. I explained exactly what needed to be done and he provided a quote. He showed up, did the work, and charged exactly as he quoted. No surprises!
Having remote keys made are very expensive period, but La Best gave and honored the lowest quote and sent Ken who was punctual, responsive, friendly, and efficient. La Best is kind and very professional. Debra Martin
