My experience with LA Tech Hero was perfect from beginning to end. To making the appointment; to getting explanations about process, equipment and prices; to the professionalism with which the job was done - all excellent. The technician, Josh, was efficient, professional, and pleasant. I would use them again. I now have the TV and WiFi reception that I need.

Dan was excellent! Super pleased with the job he did!
Ari helped me try to fix a wifi problem. He was prompt, and tried to help resolve this issue as best he could however, it seemed like a larger issue with replacing the whole system vs a quick fix but we appreciate Ari's help none the less. Thank you!
