We were impressed by the professionalism of Omer, who handled the repair of our fireplace. It was a complex issue that he fixed. He is very responsive, punctual and treated our place with respect. He informed us of the progress as the project went, and was very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend!!!
Told me a lot about how to burn a healthy fire and keep my home safe
This professional was very knowledgeable and explained safety procedures about operating my fireplace that I did not know.
Responsive, fast service. Finished up another job early and called to see if I was available before my scheduled time. Inspected and cleaned my chimney with very little disruption to the house. Would absolutely use LadyBird again!
Although they were more expensive than all the other quotes that came through and I opted out of services I originally wanted because of it, I picked them because of their customer service. They were punctual and very kind when onsite. They explained everything while they worked, and was time efficient. I already recommended them to a neighbor.
They gave me plenty of warning that they were on their way. I greatly appreciate a company that respects my time! Additionally, the cleaning was very thorough and left my dryer ducts spotless! Worth every penny.
I highly recommend Lady bird company for duct cleaning and all other services. Their availability, friendliness, professionalism, and reliability make them one of the better companies I’ve worked with for my home. Specially Omer, friendly, and hard-working, he showed up on time. His work was clean and he made sure we understood exactly what had to be done!

Wonderful experience with Lady Bird. Will be using them for any future chimney and fireplace needs.
My rental property has a clogged dryer vent and technician from Lady Bird Home Specialist helped clean it up. He discovered a bird nest at the vent and so he cleaned it up as well as remving the lint. He also helped me install the fallen of mesh screen back to the vent. Communication is awesome! I am currently out of town and I got updated once the job is done. Pictures were sent after the job and so I was never in blind. I would use Lady Bird Home Specialist for my future vent cleaning needs
Omer is one of the best in the industry! We came to clean out our air ducts and sanitize them for our short term rental unit. Great service and was on time and easy to communicate with. We’ll definitely be using him again! Posted before and after photos
