I have seen anyone this inconsistent. He agrees to a scheduled appt and begins to act weird and then twice NO SHOW.

Lael House Cleaning Service did an excellent job cleaning my home! They did a deep clean that took a lot off my plate as a working mom with two young children. Thank you so much! I would absolutely recommend them. The responsiveness, work quality, professionalism, etc were on point.

We tried another agency after hiring Lael and I will never deviate again. Lael cleans to hotel standards, where there is not a spot left unclean and everything is polished, not just clean. We have hired them on a regular basis to help keep our home tidy as we have 2 large dogs and Lael cleans ton perfection. They bring their own tools including heavy duty scrub brushes to clean in the grooves of our kitchen flooring. Hire them now before they get too busy. They are in Harford County right now.

We tried to contract them but they ran late and then never showed up.

Lael and his team is on point with every detail in cleaning our home. They are always on time, respectful and aim to please. They always leave our home in a “Move In” condition!!! We love the extra care they do to our wood floors which leaves them clean and shiny! We highly recommend their services.

We hired this service to replace another cleaning service that we were not satisfied with. Isidro and Crispena did a great job. Not only did they get the areas that the other company missed, they did it in less time. We are now using Lael Cleaning on a regular basis and are very happy with them.

Isidro and his crew were very nice and did an excellent job with our home. It was in need of a deep clean and we have hired them to come back on a monthly basis. We highly recommend them for anyone looking for a house cleaner.

Pro was professional, on time even though they are 1 hour away and work was highest quality yet. Their standards are hotel quality clean, polished, and sparkling. I was impressed and recommend them to anyone who wants more than clean, you want sparkling! They are regularly working for us now.

I was looking forward to having my house cleaned but this company never answered my messages after initially reaching out to me. We had scheduled for a day, they did not confirm the specific time, and it never happened. Very confusing.
