I really didn't get a chance to get him to fix the job. My P-trap fell from under my kitchen sink. I just didn't know how to connect it back without it falling. he told me he had to cut out the entire pipe system under the sink and replace it costing about $450 but will give me a $400 deal. I told him I will follow up with him once I speak to the landlord because I was not expecting it to cost that much. After speaking with another company I was advised it was missing a simple washer which cost less than $5 and educated on how to install it myself. Easy fix. I just wished I didn't waste my $45 for the wrong information and possibly hustled out of more money.

I was looking for quotes to replace my hot water heater. The gentleman that came was very professional. I did not pursue the project, but would call them in the future.
Kyle responded quickly to my inquiry and was able to come out the same day. The troubleshooting was thorough. My issue was covered under a warranty which helped my pockets. While here, I had him look at my garbage disposal and he was able to fix that plumbing concern as well. I will definitely used Lagoon Plumbing again. Great work, trustworthy, and professional.
Kyle came through major in a clutch. Our 3/4 copper pressure pipe can for our washing machine appliance was loose and leaking water in our attic after Winter Storm 2021. He was our only hope and he fixed it very quickly and effectively when no one else would even pick up the phone or return a text. Thanks to Kyle we fixed our issue and believe we have found our personal plumber from here on out!
