Needed help with my printer and Rodney responded quickly. He arrived on time and was able to diagnose and fix the driver setting so everything was working once again. It didn't take too long for him to figure out but I would have spent an eternity and it would still not be working. Highly recommend calling Laguna Network when you need tech support.

Rodney came at 5pm and determined that the problem with my printer may very well be because I had a knock off black ink cartridge. He got it to work with just the color cartridge and I’ve ordered a new HP cartridge
