The main problem was a quote of $1,000. special sealcoating turned into a $2,000. job, so he could do it right. Get a quote in writing when dealing with this company otherwise, the cost doubles as in my case.

Sonny (Lake Front Building Maintenance) setup a time to come and look at my project. He arrived on time and on the scheduled day. Sonny was very good at explaining the scope of the project and the steps it would take to complete. After coming to agreement on the work to be completed he documented the project and price in a contract. Sonny and crew arrived to Demo a leaning natural stone pillar and reconstruct it with a proper footer and tie into the structure. The crew also did some tuck pointing and repaired a limestone sill. It was a fairly extensive amount of work. Also where the leaning pillar and wall met the wall was leaning and in need of repair. Sonny and crew completed the work 3 days ahead of schedule and I am pleased with the result. They also repaired/patched my driveway and it looks great! I am impressed with the skill and precision that was utilized to complete the project ahead of schedule and with great looking results. I will be using Sonny again for future projects as they arise. Thank You for your excellent work!

Sonny and his crew did an AMAZING job fixing and reinforcing the limestone trim on the front of our house! It had come loose due and almost fallen off to poor builder quality of work...I won’t name any names, but they are a HUGE national residential builder, and the issue we were having SHOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED. From the very beginning Sonny was responsive and very communicative. They worked all day today, which happens to be a Sunday, and they cleaned up very well before they left. The work he did even came with a five year warranty! 🙌🏻 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This contractor provided an excessively high estimate and included a dubious charge for a “unique material.” He was unable to provide a satisfactory explanation for these costs. He became rude and unprofessional when informed that I would not be hiring him. I would not recommend this contractor. While leaving he passed disrespectful racist remarks

I needed an aging driveway repaired. I sent pictures, and Sonny responded the same day. Two days later, he swung by, took a look, and did the job immediately. I was so pleased with his work that I am scheduling him to return in a few weeks to repair other parts of the driveway and reseal it.
Sonny came out and did a great job. He was very professional and stay true to what needed to be done and did it in a timely fashion. Will definitely use him again and will recommend him to any future jobs.
