Quality of work was exceptional. Price is extremely reasonable. Final invoice was exactly what was quoted on estimate. Was so impressed that we asked Lakeside Handyman will complete an additional project
Brian did an excellent job on my project and I would recommend him again if I need any work being done
Great experience, the job was quick and the neat. Well worth it.
Brian was super responsive to fix our structural wall we were trying to open up! he was able to work with us on around our busy schedules. He is very professional and communication was awesome. Definitely will rehire for future projects Attached is our before / after. ( we chose to not have him drywall so this job was completed for us - the renovation can now continue! )
We hired Brian to frame some walls in our basement and add some door openings. He was very polite, professional and dependable. We were very happy with all aspects of his work ethic. We would definitely hire him again and we will recommend him to others. We added a few extra things (door openings, hallway) and he was happy to accommodate us with our additions. He knows what he's doing!
True professional and does amazing work at a fair price.
Brian did a fantastic job framing a new wall and opening two walls to become walkthroughs. He’s professional, friendly, and detailed. I highly recommend him 🔨
We had a basement renovation where we added a two new closets, shifted over existing door opening, expanded another door opening and furred out a wall in bathroom. Brian did a great job on framing, hanging drywall, taping/mudding/sanding , adding trim and door installation! We were very pleased with his work and he was easy to work with. Would recommend to anyone to use for a medium to small project since he is a one man band but works his butt off to get the project done! Thanks Brian
Very happy with the job, highly recommended!
