Pros - work quality and dedication of staff. Cons - pricing $$$$. My plumber, Greg, was very thorough in identifying the causes of my issues, and then recommended solutions. He completed the job within the planned time frame. He treated my home with respect, cleaned up when done, and even put me in touch with a drywall tech who could close the wall openings he created to access the pipes. The amounts charged by Lambert were higher than I expected, but unfortunately, by the date of my appointment, I needed to address my issues urgently. Comparative price shopping recommended.

Attempted to schedule a quote, made it thigh process, then at end they attempted to sneak in that’s it’s $99 just for them to come and provide a quote. The call center nearly hung up on me as I tried to cancel the appointment. Not cool.
They suck. They canceled on me twice in a row. I had to go with someone else. I don't recommend them.
