Lance was a joy to work with. He did a total renovation of our home in Cassadaga and his work was impeccable. Combine that with a reasonable price and great communication and you have the perfect handyman. I wish I could rate him higher!

Very professional and hard working team. Had no problems with the employee and he took the time to make sure that nothing got stain on it except the project. I would hire this company again in a heartbeat. Five Stars!!
He just happened to be coming through town pulled in gave me a price which I greatly appreciated. Will contact him again , very polite and professional as well.
Lance is very professional, well informed on home repairs and accurate with his assessments. He's super flexible and puts in extra work like getting materials for you to make his services more convenient for you. Great guy, he even shares helpful information about services and products semi related to your initial needs for future reference to save money and meet county inspection requirements.
We recently hired Lance to install Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring in our home, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, Lance was incredibly professional, punctual, and responsive. He communicated clearly, showed up exactly when he said he would, and got right to work. What really impressed us was not just the quality of his work, which was excellent, but how efficient and organized he was. He completed the entire project in just one day, exactly as promised, and was able to start the job shortly after we hired him, which was a huge plus. The finished floors look beautiful, and it’s clear that Lance takes pride in his craftsmanship. We truly appreciated his attention to detail and the care he put into every step of the process. We will absolutely be calling on him again for future projects and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others. Thanks again, Lance!
Very knowledgeable, communicates well, knows his craft quite well....great experience
Lance completed all the inside of an Amish shed shell that I had purchased. This included mold remediation, electrical wiring for 12volt and generator power, plumbing, insulation, wall paneling, trim, flooring; outside staining, leveling, decks, etc. He is a “Jack-of-all trades”! Very knowledgable and easy to work with from afar. I live down in FL and my cabin is in Panama, NY area. His work reflects his excellent craftsmanship and pride he takes in his work! He also added in alittle extras to compliment the cabin! I would HIGHLY recommend Lance for any project you have…he is PHENOMENAL!!!
He is a wonderful person, and he is also a hard worker. He is very fair with his prices. He works efficiently and effectively. He did my ceiling.
Lance turned our old run down garage into a beautiful room with sliding door access. Couldn’t be happier with the work and professionalism provided!
Lance was hired to stain my barn, paint the trim and paint its second floor rec room. He's extremely knowledgeable, skilled and resourceful. He's multi-talented, and a perfectionist in his work. The job was done ahead of schedule and the cleanup was immaculate. His price is more than fair because I definitely got more than I paid for. FINALLY found a reliable handyman in Lance after 40 years experience working with contractors. He'll be my go to guy in the future. Many thanks Lance & Thumbtack
