About Land Design
We’re a small family-run business with over 25 years of experience, having retired from the cement masons/finishers union. We pride ourselves on offering competitive prices and delivering professional-quality work on time. We’re experts in concrete work, but we’ve also expanded into block walls, stucco, and hardscape projects, such as decorative, retaining walls, planters, pavers, and artificial turf. Land design is part of our general contracting business, so if we can’t handle the job ourselves, we have a reliable network of subcontractors whom we can recommend and ensure quality work. Our reviews truly speak for themselves when it comes to professional construction work. We’ve been a top pro for several years. If you’re seeking quality work without the hassle of multiple estimates or appointments, and if you’re tired of checking over someone’s shoulder to ensure everything is done correctly, you’ve come to the right place. As many of our satisfied customers will tell you, you can count on us to get it done right the first time. We’re grateful for all our clients and show our appreciation through the quality of our work, which is why you should hire us!
Reviews
I hired Land Design to demolish my driveways and front patio, and replace it all with pavers. The end result is beautiful, professional, and finished on-time. Luis kept me in the loop at every step of the project. I couldn't be happier.
Everything looks good
Luis did a great job repairing a small hole on the exterior of my home. I reached out to a number of companies for quotes and many wouldn’t give me a quote or take the job because it “wasn’t worth their time” — Luis was one of the few that responded and gave me a very fair price. He completed the job quickly and the repair looks great.
Such a great experience. My wall needed repairs from tree roots and he came out quickly, gave a quote and got me on his calendar. He kept in contact, for the job done in one day and left the area clean. Recommended him to my neighbor as well for more work. We are very pleased.
Luis is fantastic! We had a cement block wall that had cracked and was in need of makeover. Land Design delivered. He showed up at 7:30am with all materials necessary to do the job. Our wall looks brand new! The price was within budget and we use Land Design again without hesitation. Call him-you won't be sorry!
Mitigated the issue and identified other potential hazards. Provided good feedback and helped when needed most.
Quick and good quality.
I asked Luis to remove some bricks from my back wall in order to gain additional access to our side yard. He paid particular interest in the details to ensure that it looked nice. It was not an easy job and it was done both timely and professionally. I would hire him again for any work that falls within his extensive talents.
They did a fantastic job!
