Called me the night before to reschedule earlier at 8am. I told them that would be fine. I rearranged my plans to be available earlier and waited hours and Shain never showed up. Not even a courtesy message to let me know he’s running late or has to cancel. It was a very simple job that would have taken no time at all. Apparently he’s too busy for small jobs is my take away. I would advise find someone else or even a friend willing to do it for half the price as I now have.

Forget about this vendor. They are way too expensive and not trustworthy. When I called them, they asked why. So I explained pendant light stoped working and I couldn’t figure it out. And when they showed up, they said it cost $425 just to do diagnostic. This is just ridiculous. Probably that’s how they make money.
The service rep that came out was great. The price for installation of a range hood was 3x’s the price of other service providers. I called before the electrician came out sent, pictures but no price was provided before hand to avoid the fee.
The technician try to screw us, for the failed bulbs he try to charge me $524, saying he need 1 hours to fix it.
Customer service was excellent. Scheduling was easy, communication was good, and the office kept me informed regarding the technician's arrival time. The technician was professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I was seeking installation of a customer-supplied exhaust fan, and their company generally prefers to provide and install its own equipment, so we were not a match for this project. The technician waived the trip charge, which I appreciated.
Shawn and Nte did a wonderful job in my garage They were professionaland explain everything step by step.This is the second job i hired Landmark to complete and I am pleased every time with thr quality of the work.
I had what I thought was an automatic dryer that did not work. An appliance repair person examined and said I needed an electrician - it was an electrical problem. I contacted Landmark through Thumbtack and he determined the problem and fixed the electrical plug and wiring. It now works. Yes, it was a little more expensive than I was expecting, but my dryer works and is safe to use, and prices on everything have gone up. I'm satisfied-thank you.
Shawn was amazing. He got here quickly when we lost complete power and had no heat. He found out the issue and safely made a fix for us, warning me that discussion needs to be had with my landlord for the bigger issue that will end up returning if left alone… he heard my issue about the furnace short cycling and went the extra mile to help me get that fixed too! Anytime I need electrical work I will be requesting Shawn.
Landmark Electric updated my 50 year old fluorescent kitchen lighting. Shawn listened to what I wanted & then he suggested a few different options with measurements & photos & let me choose. My kitchen is so much brighter now that the 50% working flourescent overhead light has been replaced with modern LED corner lights!
I ended up melting my main breaker fuse due to an error on my part, was without power in my older townhouse until I reached out to Landmark. My townhouse has developed 'electrical ghosts' and quirks from people attempting their own wiring, and it posed a risk. Landmark recommended an upgraded panel and to move it to a location away from my inlet for water services. I've been wanting an upgrade to help lead towards doing a remodel, and was told this was an essential first step towards that goal. Very happy with the service from Landmark!!
