Efrain did a super job in laying stones for water run off next to our street. I generally like to do my own work as I’m very picky. However, this task was beyond my capabilities. Efraim completed the task in two days. It would have taken a month if I had done it. I highly recommend him if you want it done right and are picky like me.

The fence that he built is absolutely the best. Very skilled. very professional and very nice.
I ended up not using this company, but it was wonderful having someone respond and show up when they say they will
Efrain rebuilt part of a cinder block wall and raised the whole wall up. The cost was reasonable and he did a good job. He made sure to clean up afterwards. Unlike many contractors he was very responsive to questions and turned up when he said he would. I would use him again.
Efrain did a great job adding some height to a brick wall. I will definitely use him again if I have any future brick needs.
What a great experience I’ve had working with Efrain. He raised the block wall in my backyard. The craftsmanship could not be better. It will now stand for decades. I will definitely work with him on future home and landscape projects.
Efrain made sure he understood what I wanted. He cared about the job he did. He put up a stucco wall in my front yard. He was priced fairly instead of over the top. He also communicated each step of the way. His crew were respectful also.
Efrain Sanchez surpassed my expectations. He was on time, very courteous, and did a WONDERFUL job for us. I would highly recommend him and hope to use him in the future for other projects.
Did a great job with my walk to include fixing stucco. I am impressed
I would hire again
Removed beached and bushes but didn’t take into account drainage watering system and was left with holes in all my irrigation system
He fixed our wall within a week, couldn't be happier!
Efrain was professional, easy to work with, and considerate. My dog learned to jump the fence to talk to the neighbor dog and so my neighbors and I were looking for someone reliable and trustworthy to add more blocks to our shared wall. The work Efrain did for us is fantastic and matched the original perfectly. Highly recommended!
Along with Profesionalism , work quality and Punctuality are included. Efrain and his assitant did a magnificent job and kept us informed about their task in a consistent manner. We highly recommend him for your next project. And expect to hire him again for our next project.
They did great work to repair my brick planter. I would recommend them for masonary work or any type.
Initially Mr. Sanchez estimated it would take four full days to complete the work but he was able to finish in 2 1/2 days, which was great!
Efrain and crew were here when the promised they would be; went right to work providing craftsman quality block-laying work and were responsive to additional requests just about the time they were ready to clean up. Would highly recommend them!
Be fair with prices! His price was ridiculous!
Truly appreciate his ability to make my property beautiful. He went above and beyond my expectations and I will definitely have him back again.
Great experience working with Efrain and his crew. Already have more projects I will be hiring him to do for me.
