Robert was great and on time. Job finished quickly and we would hire him again. As an older couple, there are times when we cannot do some chores, i.e. cleaning baseboards, etc. Marilyn & Leo Kimm

I hired this company to demolish two existing decks and replace them with small sets of stairs. Unfortunately, the final cost and billing process left me disappointed. I was originally quoted $2,500, which Brandon broke down over the phone as two workers at $50/hour for approximately 24 hours, plus an estimated $500 for lumber. Before the project began, I called Brandon to explain that my dad and brother had already demolished one portion of the deck due to a miscommunication. He acknowledged this and said we could figure out any difference in cost at the end. The actual work took place over three days: 3.5 hours the first day, 7 hours the second (including travel), and 2.5 hours the third. This was considerably less time than originally discussed. The crew consisted of an experienced master carpenter and a newer laborer, and the company acknowledged that the newer worker made mistakes that the carpenter had to spend additional time correcting. At the end of the project, I was also informed that there was a standard 30% markup on materials, bringing the lumber cost from the originally discussed $500 to approximately $700–$800. This markup had not been disclosed beforehand. When I requested copies of the lumber receipts to better understand the costs, Brandon declined to provide them, citing tax purposes. I was also informed that all Home Depot trips were billed as labor time, which I completely understand, but that travel time between Medford and Grants Pass was included as well. That was not something I had understood when the hourly breakdown was originally explained. Ultimately, despite the reduced demolition work and substantially fewer hours than initially estimated, I paid the full $2,500, including the $800 attributed to materials. During our final conversation, Brandon suggested that perhaps he shouldn’t have broken down the estimate by hours and materials over the phone and should have simply provided a flat project quote. I actually agree. Had this been presented as a firm $2,500 quote from the beginning, regardless of labor hours or materials, my expectations would have been different. However, when a price is explained in terms of specific hours, labor rates, and material costs, it’s reasonable to expect those numbers to matter when the scope of work changes. I don’t dispute that the work was completed or that skilled labor deserves fair compensation. My frustration is with the lack of transparency, the undisclosed costs, and the unwillingness to revisit the price despite a meaningful reduction in the work performed. Lesson learned on my end: get every detail in writing, including whether an estimate is fixed or based on actual time and materials. Hopefully, it’s a lesson for the company as well about the importance of clear communication and upfront pricing.
I love when people show up on time and that is exactly what he did! He was professional and experienced. Will use them again!
Outstanding in every way. Glad to have met Brandon as finding someone that can provide services of this caliber is hard to find.
Wow! What a team!! These guys are great. Need something in a pinch, they should be your first call. I had an easy (very important to me), and quality service when nobody else even answered the phone on the weekend. I’m
They don’t want to know what went wrong. I assure you the whoever is managing this company should think about an anger management course. He called me to ask me to allow them to rebid after all of my estimates had come in. I told him, he didn’t give me his name, that he got one chance, he should’ve sharpened his pencil a bit prior to submitting a bid that was over priced, if he wanted the job at all. He was rude and unprofessional.
they do not waste time!! hard workers!!
This is my second review for Brandon and his team, specifically Robert. I’m still so happy with their work and the flexibility. I wasn’t able to afford the fee one month so I was able to skip without any problem and when I needed to resume with only a few days notice, my request was accommodated without hesitation. This was greatly appreciated as I was going to have an apartment inspection with little notice. Thank you Brandon and Robert for going above and beyond!!!
Tyler was great to work with.
This is a wonderful and personable guy to do business with.
The movers were fantastic! They moved my daughter's apartment quickly and efficiently while taking great care of her belongings. They were professional, hardworking, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers!

The guys were very professional and worked quickly and efficiently. I’d hire them again in a second.
I asked for a bid and writing like I perceive from two other Landscaping companies and he hung up on me and told me I’m getting in the way of the project very unprofessional
Landscape & Maintenance did a fantastic job on my property, They cleaned up, mowed and completely reworked a ailing sprinkler system. Robert & Ben were punctual, personable & professional. Brandon was clear from start to finish with costs and communicated well. Our place looks and feels great and we will continue with ongoing mowing and upkeep~ Thank you to this team~
