Try returning a phone call- came on a Tuesday to review project- said he would have a proposal the next day- followed up on Thursday, said he would have shortly and would start work on Saturday- did not respond to VM, email or texts and no showed on Saturday.

Daniel helped me when I was in a bind, giving up time on a Saturday. He took on the challenging task of really, really long grass and took the tume to go across the lawn 4 times. I really apprecrated his responsiveness and promptness.

We were given a price on the phone and as he was at our property the price went up. Mulch was not spread well it was dumped in kind of like piles and not spread properly with a rake

He can improve his future business by following through on what he says he’s gonna do. He said he will come and move the items from my mom‘s house and will been there at 11:30 on Sunday. He messaged me at 1120 saying that he’s running behind. My mom wouldn’t be home by the time He said he will be available so I rescheduled for Monday at 5:30pm and he never came after he agreed to be there at 5:30pm on Monday and then I sent him a message asking him what happened to you coming on Monday and I have yet to get a response and today is Saturday.

He committed to a day and time, which was a Sunday afternoon. Only when he was late did he say he doesn’t work on Sundays. WTF? Why send a message the day before with the date and time? Very unprofessional.

I’ve been waiting 3wks for a quote and haven’t received anything. I requested 2wks ago and was told it would be ready in a few days. 2wks later still nothing. I would at least expect an update since they haven’t provided it yet but no.
