Canceled last minute and never reached back out to reschedule. Bravo.

Several exchanges on Thumbtack & voice messages, and I finally got a call from Ryan. I appreciate Ryan called me back and let me know their expertise does not include what I need. Thank you.

I hired Lantern Bay Construction to replace an existing window with a sliding door. Ryan and his team did a phenomenal job. The sliding door looks outstanding! In additional to the quality of his work, his price, professionalism, and communication were top notch. He went through every step of the process and really ensured a high quality product. Do not hesitate to hire Lantern Bay. You will not be disappointed!

Extremely professional company! They did a great job In a small amount of time I couldn’t be happier with their work. They were extremely flexible with my dynamic work schedule and did a stellar job!

Ryan was very easy to work with, communicated well, arrived on time, and finished my project quickly (same day as initial estimate). Having him quote another project for me because it was all so smooth.

We have not fixed the project yet. Brian has offered good ideas about the solution. We will see if his project in hand will cover my city. Thank you Brian. Peter

Fabiano and Ryan did a great job. This was custom project with lost of details, a wood door and two sidelights were custom ordered. They had to frame door and sidelights separately and cut trim to measure. They did paint and door stain and brick work under the threshold. They took time to perform quality work and corrected the work when needed. Fair with price and all we agreed at the beginning. Very polite and friendly and great communication.

They came up with quality solutions and did a quality job even with the supply chain issues. Easy to talk to and responsible, efficient and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them!
