I’m very happy with Lanza Services! From start to finish and our first communication to the last Lanza was excellent! He scheduled the work to be done in a timely manner, showed up on time, and completed the work in less than a day. The floors look incredible and make such a big difference in my small house. I will definitely hire Lanza Services for future jobs.

Very very happy with my floors. They did a very good job! I have already talked to them about future projects! They were on time, worked hard, very nice and cleaned up afterwards. 5 stars all around!! Great price for such an amazing job! Thank You!
Lanza did my bathroom tile and LVP flooring install. They did a good job, were very punctual and worked with us on our budget and our timeline. I would use again for sure !
I had a tile floor installed in a new foyer and the work was very professional and done quickly. I highly recommend Lanza and would use them again if I needed additional work done.
Marco is a gentleman; very hard worker . If you can work with the language barrier and less formality; you’ll be very pleased with quality and price. We would definitely work with him again. I work with many commercial gc’s and this was very good.
Personable and professional. Clean, fast work and a good job
They did a realy good job removing old tile and reinstalling new tile. The cost for the job was easonably priced too!
Lanza did a great job on our floors! We had previously gotten our floors replaced but the grout was cracking after only a couple of months. Lanza let us know our subfloor wasn’t properly installed so he came back and was able to completely fix the problem and install our tile. They were able to reuse some of the old tile they were so loosely installed previously. I will be using them again.
Had my kitchen backsplash installed. They did a wonderful job. Thanks so much!!
They did a great job. They were very quick And we're a great value. I would recommend them.
They were kind and wanted to do a good job on our floors. I would ask for them to help us out again. Thank you
Working with Marcivaldo was a wonderful experience. He was on time, responsive, kind, knowledgeable, and respectful. His quality of work was outstanding and you could tell he cared about the final product and our happiness. He and his colleague had great attention to detail and were clean and professional throughout the process. I highly recommend them for backsplash and flooring. It is a breath of fresh air to have a contractor show up, do what they say they’re gonna do, and provide a great product. Thank you Lanza Services, LLC.
Lanza Services provided excellent work. My laminate floor is beautiful! They got it done in a day and we have a huge room!!!
We had a fantastic experience with Lanza Services. Both men were extremely friendly and hard working. They were not the cheapest quote, nor were they the most expensive. I am super happy I went with all the positive reviews I read here on Thumbtack and decided to have them do my tilework!!!
The crew did good work and were very receptive to our directions and feedback. Great communication (even if through Google translate) made the whole project flow smoothly and quickly. Would gladly work with again.
Lanza has now done 2 levels of our townhome and it is beautiful!!! I had no idea but I found out he’s in PA and been driving 3 hours to me in wv just for this job. They are committed to their craft and it shows. prices are fair and work speaks for itself
Lanza Services was quick to respond and help me out with my project. The team arrived on time every day. The quality of work is truly exceptional. They are very experienced and my flooring job and front door makeover looks amazing. Four days from my post on Thumbtack to project completion. They are so friendly, but also professional. They respected my home and really took pride in doing a phenomenal job. I would definitely hire again and would highly recommend.
Very happy with the great job Lanza Services did installing our Luxury Vinyl Tile. They scheduled us the day before, confirmed the apt and showed up on time. There prices was reasonable—lower then some others. They did a great job and the floor looks beautiful. We would highly recommend Lanza Services for your floor installation. Thanks!
I’m new to the Ashland area and I didn’t know how to find a good installer. These guys came in handy just when I needed them! Great experience with this installer! Very professional! Showed up the day after the quote, to do the job! Very reasonably priced! Excellent work! 12×12 room, in laminate to match the rest of my house, finished in 5 hours! Just in time for my insurance inspector to walk in the door! I cannot recommend these guys more! They worked fast! Cleaned up the job site! And payment was easy with Venmo! Would definitely use them in the future and they will come highly recommended to family and friends!
They came through the next day and did the job in one day great work
