The owner at the location seemed very irritated by every question that I asked regarding the services. He had me schedule an appointment and when I arrived he was unaware if, A) he would be able to fix my device because, B) he didn't know if he had the correct part because, C) all the parts were mixed together in a box that he had to go through. He was very unorganized and wanted me to pay up front before fixing my laptop.
Would use again! Helped me set up a router and ensure that my internet was finally working optimally!
They would not come to assess without up front payment.
Caused a bunch of damage to the existing system. Overcharged me, never got back to me on refund. Do not recommend. Very unprofessional.

Got back with me the next day regarding the repair issues.
Don't return your printer with grease on it & give you an attitude when you call back about it. He didn't he offer to come back to clean it up.
Technician worked extensively on printer connectivity to computer but couldn't solve problem. Suggested cable from printer to computer, still doesn't work. May have internal problems with printer.
Work was done, printer is working now. It was a little expensive for a new print head.
