never got to the servuce call. I messaged and got a message back asking for address and nunber, I asked about pricing didnt hesr anything. then I had to say im gonna have to kneel the appointment unless I get some info on pricing. I finally got the info and then when it came to the day of service my morning appointment, which i got everything ready for, was pushed out and I was not available for the late afternoon time. would not recommend.

My printer repair was very difficult. Hector had to try many different approaches and would not give up until he fixed it. He was with me 2 hours. His fee of $60 an hour was much less than what I usually pay my IT repair person.
