The exterior of our home looks great. Their work is exceptional. They made sure everything was done correctly. Great communications letting us know what was going on every step of the way. I would highly recommend.

About LAV111LLC
Construction has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, and I’ve turned that lifelong experience into a professional service. For the past 4 years, my small team of two and I have been focused on building and painting with care, precision, and pride in every detail. I genuinely enjoy taking a project from idea to finished work—whether that means constructing something new or giving existing spaces a fresh, clean look with quality painting. You can count on honest communication, reliable work, and results that look great and last. If you’re ready to start your next project, I’d be glad to talk through your ideas and see how I can help.

It's hard to put into words unless you've seen it yourself. They did an amazing job on my house. Would I hire them again? Absolutely. Would I recommend them to others? Without a doubt. Adrian and his wife were fantastic—knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with. My house has plenty of twists, turns, corners, and spots, along with numerous outlets and recessed LED lights, but they handled everything seamlessly. Thank you!
