They cancelled the lawn appointment 2 times and then the pro said they finished my lawn and when I got home nothing was done and the pro sent me a picture of my house from 10 years ago to prove he had finished. This is the worst service I ever received . What a scam.
I signed up to get my lawn mowed and trees trimmed. But multiple pros were assigned to trim my trees and no one ever came.
The team did a great job! They came on time, followed my instructions to the letter and left the yard clean and tidy.
For one job, they found a Pro, but not within my timeline, so I found someone on my own. For the other job, they didn’t find anyone.
Like other mowing services here, they just send you to lawnstarter with their automated reply, which gives you the same quote as the 'competitors'
Canceled the first PRO for poor service. 2nd-chance PRO performed better but had poor equipment. Said this trailer and equipment were stolen. Did a better job, but could be better. I will wait and see what he does next week. He did not do trimming. Stated he was not told.
The “professionals” that came to my property always left the job undone, they damaged my car and my flowers, never showed up at times and sometimes claimed that there was debris in the yard, which was completely untrue. This service is terrible
