I have been waiting since the 15th for my Yard to be cut. It was scheduled for today and now it is cancelled. No information on if it will be rescheduled and when. Now my grass is even taller.
It took a while and several different pros, promises, cancellations, and even a dispute! But it was finally done and I can’t complain about the job done.
I requested my yard be cut and for edging and trimming. He came out as scheduled. However when I came home the bushes were not trimmed. I requested he come back the following week, he didn’t. He said he had mechanical issues. LawnStarter requested to come first thing Monday morning, he didn’t. Monday his hedge trimmers would not work, and he was having trouble finding another gas trimmer. He never did come, just requested cancellation of the service. Whether it be broken or unreliable equipment or quite frankly an unreliable contractor, I would never recommend LawnStarter, Ft Wayne, IN

They obviously sub contract out these poor people. I was working hard to find someone local, but ended up with these people for now. Dude did a half-ass job. Clippings are in piles in my backyard killing grass. Not happy, but I’m locked in for two more cuttings. I would NOT recommend this AI company.

This company paired me with a “pro” (they are called ‘Grass Be Gone’) who provided me with the worst landscaping service that I have ever received. They said they would trim the grass, do edging, trim the bushes and my yard looks terrible after the service. They did not trim the bushes, they did not cur the grass well, they left areas without trimming. Honestly, a disaster. I have worked with different landscaping providers and nobody has ever provided such a poor and unprofessional service. This was my first and last experience with this people. I would recommend to stay away.
I’ve been through so many mom and pop independent lawn care companies. One who claimed I didn’t pay for the work, one who collected my funds but weren’t even cutting the grass. I got tired. I’m a professional and like to deal with such. Tracey my lawn care specialist at LawnStarter is on point and totally professional. My property looks great and my tenants are very pleased. Awesome experience! I wanted to outsource my lawn and they did not disappoint… I couldn’t be at my house when they did the work… but everything was smooth and high quality … great communication too (one day they had to reschedule due to bad weather and everything worked out great)!!
