Do not hire this company. They did a crappie job the pro ( and use that term) loosely. Was supposed to come out and in 24 hours to fix it. That turned into the 7th or 8th now I'm being told the 13th or 14th. I just wanted my grass to be fixed. The customer service is trash and just lie to you. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!!
I request aservice but immediately realized that I bi weekly service would be too much for my lawn. I contacted lawn starter to cancel as soon as I scheduled the appointment. I received messages that no one will be sent to my home and no one would charge me. Three days later I get a notification that my service has been completed although my lawn was serviced two days prior by someone else. There was no work to be done at my home. yet the contractor marked the job as complete when they did not mow a lawn at all. I have cameras to show that my lawn was already done and they didn’t mow (the service I requested to be cancelled). When customer service contacted the contractor to inquire about my lawn service, they said they trimmed. I never requested them to trim. I requested a mow, but then I canceled that service. They originally charged me $50, but then afterward charged an EXTRA $50 because they said this grass was considered too overgrown. It's under 7 inches. When I asked them about it, they told me to dispute it, so I am. The mower didn't even do a good job; the grass is uneven in some areas, and the side of the house behind the air conditioning unit wasn't cut or even trimmed. No lining done. I feel scammed. I would not recommend them. Update: LawnStarter heard my dispute and rectified it within hours. Even if you don't have a great first experience as a customer, great customer service and a drive to fix the issue SHOULD result in a change in your perspective, and it definitely does here. I respect a company that fixes its mistakes, and now I would definitely recommend LawnStarter, because when they make a mistake, they acknowledge it and fix it, and that's all you can really ask for.

Slow to reply to customer needs or issue questions. Services not 100% completed to satisfaction, such as failing to weed eat.. Personal properly (like lawn lights) broken without regard or notification. Any worthwhile service would treat your lawn like their own. Look elsewhere for top quality lawn services.
Well I had someone come.oit today and mow the grass using this service and tjey did the mowing but did not weed eat at all!!!
Mowed my lawn from 7:00pm too 8:00pm and woke my babies... Also left a huge mess for me too clean. Horrible and will never use them again....
Tried multiple times to get my lawn cut with this company. As you can see from the pic, i dealt with nothing but cancellations, excuses and rescheduling. Unfortunately based on my experience i cannot recommend this company. I ended up going with a local contractor.
They didn't pick up any of the small branches that were in my back yard. They simple ran over them. I now have a broken window and can't get anyone to contact me. The phone number is useless. They just kept telling me to fill out a property damage form. Well I did. This took place on Friday. It's now Monday and raining it's butt off. Still no contact with LawnStarter. They want you to give them 3 cuts before cancelling. After this I doubt I'll ever use them again. I only went with them because they were $25 cheaper. I guess you get what you pay for.
I had a problem with my first crew but after some emails they sent a new crew who worked hard and did an amazing job
Brad’s work is outstanding! Our yard quickly went from overgrown jungle to well manicured lawn in no time. He is kind, professional, punctual, and he did a great job both times he came out! 10/10 would recommend.
