Called about a suspected pilot light out in a water heater. The technician fully explained why it was out, what was needed and other issues. Everyone was professional, polite, and knowledgeable.

I had been trying to make contact with a plumber for three days with dismal results. I opened Thumbtack for the first time about three hours ago, asked Lawrence Plumbing if they could take the job, which was to repair a broken spigot by my driveway. Their rep was here for a few minutes, gave us a quote $500 more than a different plumber, and refused to look at an issue with the washer that my wife requested. He said she should have an “appliance guy” come look. Paid $100 for an appliance guy to come out and tell us we need a plumber.
They did great work. The plumber they sent repaired a broken rubber gasket on our dishwasher and also was kind enough to fix a small issue with a pipe that wasn't well supported in the basement while they were here. I would definitely recommend Lawrence Plumbing!

We had Ben from Lawrence Plumbing out to handle some work, and I cannot recommend him enough. He was punctual, highly professional, and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain things clearly and is truly a great representative for the company. I have full trust that the work completed today was done right and will last for years to come, at least, that is the hope! I will definitely be asking for Ben for any future plumbing needs.
