I worked with Lawson Development on a basement home improvement project. They worked me with on ideas to get the project within my budget and started the project within a few days of coming to an agreement. Not only did they do the work to quality, they completed it in record time including a few additional changes I requested.

William and his crew are top notch! The work they did (screening in our porch) turned out amazing. William communicated clearly with us throughout the project and ensured we were happy with the finished project. I'm already planning to hire them for another project I have in mind. I highly recommend them!
Great value, professional work!
I really appreciate the quick response received from Mr. Lawson concerning my bathroom makeover. The price point for his bid was within my budget, and the turn time for the project was great. I did my best to communicate with his subcontractors, but the message was lost several times. I provided pictures of what I wanted for the tile to go up only 5 levels (picture shown), explained it to the tiler, but the subcontractor didn't follow my instructions. This lead me to believe a language barrier, but I thought the picture would have helped. I spoke again and asked the subcontractor if he had enough black finishing edging tile to surround the shower as well as complete the backsplash on the vanity. He answered "yes, he had 3 black tiles" for the backsplash on the vanity. Perfect, I thought. Since the tiler tiled up 6 levels instead of 5, my project was short on greyish tiles, as well as the black tile edging. He had just enough black edging tiles to complete the shower with none left for the backsplash. This was the second miscommunication. Since I had 3 - 12x24 greyish tiles left, this became my makeshift backsplash...not my original plan. Last, but not least, I asked to equally space the medicine cabinets with 9.66" between each cabinet which placed the one cabinet centered above the sink. I had measured and hoped they would follow my instructions. I provided a picture and explained it to the subcontractor(s). What occurred was 15" in the middle and approximately 7" on the outside. Small frustrations with communication. The overall project turned out fine, just not how I had originally planned. Most importantly, I have a usable bathroom and it was done in a very quick turnaround. Thank you.
Lawson Development Group did a fantastic job finishing our basement for our family. It was great working with William and his team. I was able to connect with William at any time with any questions or concerns through out the whole renovation. After getting a few different quotes we needed up going with William, because of his fair price and kindness. With any major renovations you are bound to have some unexpected hiccups. When those arose William was so relaxed, calm and reassured us that everything will work out and not to worry. We love our basement. We are so grateful for William, his team and what they did for our family. Our basement turned out beautifully. Thank you again.
Beautiful room addition to our home! We have been searching for someone to finish a space in our basement. Not only did Lawson Development provide an honest and fair quote but they were able to start our project right away and completed it within one week. The work quality is absolutely beautiful and the concept was exactly what we wanted. Throughout the process William remained responsive and communicated with me daily to ensure the project was completed to our satisfaction. The pictures show the before and after of our basement room addition!
William and his team did a great job replacing our kitchen backsplash. He was communicative, friendly, informed and a great value. The team showed up on time, were professional and completed the project on time. They had great attention to detail and we would gladly use them again!
William and his team did a great job finishing a room in the basement. They were on time and cleaned up every night. I will hire these guys again in the future.
I can not say enough great things! We are super impressed with the work Lawson Development did and how fairly priced it was! We are absolutely blown away at the professionalism, punctuality and communication this company kept throughout the entire process! We love our new living room/ dining area. They will be the first we call for our next project!
This company helped my family in a crunch and delivered a structurally sound/safe product for my son's outdoor playset. I highly suggest using this company for any contact work.
