Highly recommend, arrived on time, taught me the ins and outs of using my fireplace, explaining how it works, and now I feel confident on using it. First time home owner.

I would recommend LB ten times over! I was not only given a fair and reasonable rate, but Brandon educated me on my chimney and its operation! LB Pros is definitely on my list of call-backs for maintenance!
Brandon was great and responsive. He walked me through what he did and offered other information. Would absolutely use him again to service my fireplace.
Brandon was able to come and service our outdoor fireplace. We previously had another vendor come out that supposedly fixed it but it wouldn’t stay on for more than 15 minutes. After having them return two more times it wasn’t working at all. We were hesitant to hire someone else but really wanted to enjoy our fireplace this fall. Brandon quickly came out, assessed and fixed everything. We have been enjoying the fireplace since he came out. We will hire him again to service the indoor fireplace so we can use it this winter.
I move into my home from Miami Fl, where we never had a fireplace. Mr. Allen was very professional and polite. He answered all our questions and took the time to instruct us on the use and safekeeping of our gas fireplace.
Very knowledgeable and professional and a great price!
Such a great job! Thank you!
After having been stood up by two companies it was refreshing to have someone so responsive! Robert came out and spent over 2 hrs cleaning my wood stove and inspecting my chimney the house is 97 years old and their had not been a fire in the wood stove since the 80’s! He also educated me on my heat pump system as well as safety for the wood stove! Will definitely use them again!
Brandon came in and went to work. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I will refer and utilize his services again.
Brandon was so nice and helpful. He took the time to explain all the knobs and switches on my gas logs. I really enjoyed meeting him and will refer to him as often as I can
Brandon is very responsive on time very professional and he took care of my problem after being without a fireplace for 2years I will definitely use him again and refer him to other people
Brandon did an excellent job cleaning our fireplace and installing a new set of gas logs. He was punctual, professional and shared a lot of details around how to properly operate the fireplace. Very happy with the end result.
Brandon was the best. He was punctual, knowledgeable and friendly. He taught me how to use my fireplace, but also went above and beyond. I was concerned about my furnace and he went in the attic and took a look. Even showing me how to get the doors off. I absolutely recommend this kind of professional young man.
