I set up an appointment with this pro on Sep 10th. Came on time , took measurements. Said he will be back with the quote. The job is not small as we asked for a covered front deck 8x30 . So not a small tiny job. I’m very disappointed as I thought this will be a professional team. Today is Sept 29th and after my text ( Sep 21 st ) asking if the pro had a chance to work on our quote- radio silence. Very unfortunate for him, very unprofessional in my opinion. I stay away from contractors like that as this shows a very poor communication going forward.

Reviews
My experience was great, they completed the project on time, with time to spare. Their team was very hard working, easy to work with and kept the project on budget. Cleaned and well organized. I enjoyed working with them having the project come in on budget. Thanks
I’m very impressed with the workmanship and the speed of the job. I would’ve liked to be asked which orientation the planks should go in before installing them but in the end they turned out fine.
