About LC Yoga
Yoga is my passion. I am a certified yoga teacher and mat Pilates instructor from Connecticut and have been teaching toga for over six years. I fell in love with yoga at a young age and have been committed to deepening my own practice ever since. I am a big believer that any one can start a yoga practice at ANY age and reach their physical/mental goals with the work they chose to put into their practice. My goal is to help those who wish to deepen their own practice or simply need the help and direction to start a yoga practice for a healtier lifestyle.

Leah is an outstanding instructor. Very knowledgeable about fitness and yoga with a great positive energy. She introduced me to Vinyasa Flow Yoga and you can really tell Leah loves what she does. She listened to me and talked to me about my goals before we began, while also making me feel comfortable and laugh during our session. She has a great personality that I really vibe with. I exercise on a regular basis but It’s been years since I had taken a yoga class and after our first session I knew I had found what I needed to take things to the next level. She pushed me but was still positive and encouraging. She was very in tune to what I needed. Sometimes I needed to just relax and take a quick break before getting right back into it. She is very accommodating and I look forward to continuing to work with her. I would recommend Leah to anyone who's interested in learning or deepening their yoga practice. Even if you are new or have been practicing for a long time, she’s the go to girl.

Leah is terrific! She kept the attention of 36 high school girls and led them through a terrific restorative session. I highly recommend her!
Leah was a great instructor! I hired her to teach a group of girls for my bachelorette party. She made the class easy enough that everyone was able to participate and gave suggestions of ways to make the poses more challenging. Leah was on time, friendly, and made it enjoyable! I would definitely recommend her to a friend and hire her the next time I am back in Park City :)
Leah was great. She was responsive and easy to work with as I was arranging for private instruction from out of town. Our session was really good and gave us exactly what I asked for. She made modifications for the small group I had which was great. Professional and fun.
