They need to communicate better with whoever is trying to hire them. He did not respond to the messages I sent him. Had me sitting for an hour waiting on a response. Schedule for another time later in that day. Cancel 30 minutes before he was to show up. Not reliable at all. Hire with caution.

I reached out to this company for a quote to install downspouts and was upfront that I was gathering multiple quotes, which is a standard and reasonable part of hiring any service. The contractor declined to provide a quote, stating they had already paid for the lead and didn’t want to move forward. While that was disappointing, what made the experience worse was the follow-up message blaming me for “costing them money” simply for reaching out to multiple providers. Getting multiple quotes is a normal business practice, and platforms like Handy are designed for that purpose. Customers should not be made to feel guilty for comparing options before making a decision. Professionalism and communication matter just as much as the quality of work. Based on this interaction, I would not recommend this provider.
They did an excellent job and completed the job in record time and were very friendly. I will use them in the future for any project I might need
