Hi and welcome. I have been practicing yoga for over a year. I recently received my teaching certificate at Mount Madonna Institute. My values are inclusiveness, judgement free, tailored sessions, karmic yoga, and bringing wellness to individuals through a compassionate approach. Our minds and body's are connected so they should be treated as one. Yoga has given me so many wellness benefits and I'd love to share that with you!
