Lee was very professional and made sure our job was done to our satisfaction. Kudos to his very hard worker, Jason, who single-handedly did the majority of the sprinkler work and pre-work, as well as returned to correct a couple of issues with the drip system. Lee was excellent setting up the valves and wiring to the controller in our garage, as well as explaining how to use the controller for the 4 stations. They were both very punctual, arriving early most of the time!
He was professional and quoted a fare and reasonable price.
Lee responded quickly to my inquiry and was available the following morning when I needed him. I had contacted him about repairing/removing my irrigation system because I wasn't using it, yet, it would leak constantly. He was able to remove the entire thing in an hour for $385. Friendly to work with.
While I have no complaints about their punctuality, communication, and overall work speed, considering the amount I paid, I find the quality of finishing work and attention to detail to be unreasonably expensive. This makes me hesitant to hire them again. During the main job (for which I had already agreed to their high rate), I asked them to do a simple additional task that would typically take about 10 minutes for them. When they requested extra payment for this small task, I realized this wasn't the right fit. I'm leaving this review to help others make informed decisions. The main issue isn't with their basic service delivery, but rather with the value for money, particularly regarding the final quality and their approach to additional small tasks. The pricing structure and final results don't align with the premium rates they charge."
Wow, what can I say. He quoted me $650 for a two hour job. $200 in parts means he wanted $250 per hour. When questioned he said that's what he makes per hour. Not buying that rate for a handyman. Buyer beware...just saying.
I hired Lee and his crew to replace a section of fence. I liked their work so much that I had them put in a front patio, a retaining wall and liner for a pond I'm refurbishing, and had them clear the vegetation and replace my back fence. My neighbors also saw their work and hired them for several projects as well. Lee and his crew do quality work very quickly and for a good price. They're also friendly and easy to work with. I'll be hiring them again for future projects and would highly recommend them.
Lee responded quickly and came out the next day to replace my sprinkler valves. He is a super nice guy who does great work. I highly recommend Lee.
The fence hasn't moved since he fixed the whole thing. I spoke to friends about the price I paid they they said it was a great deal for the amount of work Lee did. I won't have to replace it again!
Needed a section of my fence replaced in short order. Called Lee and he responded within a few minutes and provided a quote, came out the same day (within an hour), returned the following day and finished the job! Very impressed. Reasonable price and very professional. I will be using him for an entire fence project in the Spring. Thanks Lee!

We hired Lee to do a lot of services in our yard. Leveling, grading, in ground drainage, concrete patio and steps, and decomposed granite installation. He was very quick getting the first part of the project complete and the guys he hired to pour the concrete were great, but when it came to finish the project by spreading and leveling the decomposed granite, corners were cut and the end product was unsatisfactory. Besides the fact that the DG was mounded and uneven, instead of landscape fabric being used underneath, he used some type of house wrap (I assume to cut costs) which is impermeable and now we are unable to plant any kind of trees or plants in our entire yard because of it. I hope that when it rains this winter we don't get flooding and washed away DG because of the wrong material being used.
Not be so sloppy with his installation. Needs to include detail!
Very good to work with. We will call him again when we are ready to add more heads/drips to our sprinkler system.
