Needed window replace. He ordered for me fix a few spots on the wall and said he would be back when the window came in. Would not take any money till the job was done. Very nice guy.

Will was super flexible, as the arrival time kept changing on my end. With short notice, he arrived quickly and replaced 5 locks in my house. Plus I thought I needed new window locks but he figured out that the windows were just off the tracks so he saved me money and trouble there. Would recommend him for any handy work!
William is a great person for all of your house needs! Upon moving in, I discovered a leak in my patio door that led to rotted wood flooring inside. William suggested I replace the door and put tile in the area near the door to prevent further issues. William was very helpful during the process to help me pick a new door and new tile. He’s also extremely kind and willing to answer any questions you have about supplies or the process. I appreciate all of William’s hard work and will hire him again for my future needs!

I really cannot say enough good things about William and his team. William is very punctual the first time I met him, I provided him a list of small and large projects that I wanted to do. When he came back he already had an itemized list of things that I could pick and choose from based on my budget and the criticality of the repair. That was really helpful for me because I am able to get small things done with larger projects as I choose. Another great thing is that Williams prices are excellent. In most cases, the price includes the materials which is super helpful and I'm never feeling like I'm being nickled and dimed for every little thing. He is very knowledgeable about anything he's going to fix or replace and doesn't mind explaining it to you. He treats the projects as if he were doing something for himself at his own home and you can see the care that he takes. He's also extremely clean. He cleans up behind himself and he also doesn't mind using your supplies if you want him to when he knows it will address the issue. Here are some examples of the projects he's done for me already... I asked him to replace all of the light fixtures (5) I have outside my house. He also replaced a ceiling fan in the master, bedroom door handle, and repaired my undermount sink in the kitchen. For the latter project, he used a system I purchased when I was researching a solution to my recurring undermount sink problem. I found out about it YouTube because the glue and clips others used before never seemed to hold long. Now it's sturdy and secure and even the sealing job he did was just so neatly done. He was excited to use it and will be using it on future projects. Since then he has repaired the wood and siding on the back of my house and cleaned my gutter that caused the problem initially see pics. He is definitely going to be handling all of my Honey-Do projects.

Similar situation to John B. Didn't want me to check his work. Wanted more work, but I choose to hire a plumber and he went on and on. He is legitimately crazy. My tenant had to call the police.

This guy finished the project and wanted more work from me. When he didn't get the job he said he was going to "report me." I'd stay far away from this guy.
