Excellent experience with replacing hot water heater. I will be using them again for pipe replacement soon. Very knowledgeable compared to other men who gave estimates. They upgraded my water heater and plumbing fixtures up to code in my 65 year old house. They gave good advice on what my options were. These guys know what they’re doing! Price was fair too.

Reviews
We had a leaking shower faucet. Legato was responsive, super professional, gave options and recommendations for the replacement and repair. I have worked with good plumbers but he is extra fab.
Second time using Legato plumbing. Equally as impressed as the first time!
Tom was excellent. Highly recommend. He was knowledgeable and efficient. He knew exactly how to fix the problem and did so in a timely manner. Tom was very friendly and respectful and cleaned up after the job. Should I have any plumbing needs in the future, I will definitely be reaching out to him.
Explained the trade offs and helped out my clogged drain line. Thank you!
If I could give him 10 stars, I’d definitely do so! He was professional, mindful of not leaving a mess in my bathroom and very polite. He worked hard, charged me a fair price, and even guaranteed his work for 3 months. Hopefully I won’t need a plumber any time soon; but if I do, I will definitely call Legato.
Artyom is very knowledgeable and identified and repaired an unusual issue with focus and tenacity! He was a pleasure to work with. I will be hiring again—I’d highly recommend!
A pleasant experience all around. Customer service oriented with a practical approach and timely repairs.
I highly recommend Plumbing Pure. The pricing was very reasonable, making it a great value for the excellent service provided. Tom was extremely punctual, arriving exactly at the scheduled time interval. After completing the job, they left everything spotless.
Excellent! Fixed our leaky pipes quickly!
Very happy with Tom’s work and really appreciate him accommodating us! He was efficient, kind, and honest.
Tom was so professional and sweet! Not only did he resolve my clogged bathroom drain, he walked me through several issues with the plumbing that will soon need to be addressed. He shared how I could fix it and how much it should cost, and wrote me a thorough report to give my landlord detailing all the parts that need to be maintenanced. Thank you, Tom!
It was a pleasure to work with Tom/Artyom of Plumbing Pure. Tom was quick to respond and completed two small plumbing projects for us efficiently, cheerfully and at a reasonable price. He replaced 30 year old bathroom shower faucets and fixed the bathroom sink faucet so it did not have to be replaced. Highly recommend Tom and Plumbing Pure.
Did a great job taking care of the problem, explaining the problem, and recommending a solution.

I highly recommend Tom. Not only was he able came in the evening to diagnose what had to be done. Was able move things around the next day to get our water heater replaced with a new at a reasonable price.

Plumbing Pure replaced my water heater in 2022. Great experience, very professional. Would call them again.
