I was very surprised I got a call saying we can install your door today. They came on time and quickly installed the door. Would recommend this company to anyone. The price was decent. Especially, since I ordered the door, hinges.

So we had Legendary Services do a number of different things at my mom‘s house. She is elderly, so I coordinated it all for her. They were extremely responsive, communicated very well and the work was done with attention to detail and in a very efficient manner. We would definitely hire them again! From the owner, Greg, to those that did the work and certainly the support team in the office, they were all A+!

Once someone actually contacted me (outside of texts) weeks after booking their services, pictures and information was provided specific to the work needed. The team came out and absolutely missed what was requested. The work was poorly performed and unfortunately, I no longer trusted this company to complete the work appropriately. I have since hired someone who is responsive, understands the work needed to repair the previous job and complete the job to my specifications. Additionally, after placing a $900 deposit for the work I received an additional $200 bill for the botched work. I called the company and left a voice mail and sent an email several days ago. I have yet to receive a response. Basically, par for the course on my overall experience. Truly upsetting that clients are handled in this manner.
The owner of the company personally responded to look at the project. The crew assigned worked diligently, completed the project in a timely manner, and left a clean worksite. When given our knockout list, the crew responded almost immediately and took care of the minor issues. The repairs look very nice.
Both workers for Legendary Services did great work. It’s exactly what I expected and what I was told. They came in and got right to work and continued to work until the job was done. I would definitely use this company again.
They responded immediately to my crisis call, followed up in the most professional manner, set up an appointment, and although I ended up getting someone else to address the issue within 24 hours, they left a great impression on me.
They have poor communication and did not finish the job,i had to higher a new contractor and this company,never returned money paid.
Workers are not only incompetent, but they are slow. A simple project was not done correctly. They were hired to put a handrail in and they couldn’t do that correctly. Terrible.

The scheduling was bad. Last second response with no warning. They couldn't fix a sliding door due to discontinued parts and were supposed to follow up about fixing it. I never heard from them again. The guys were knowledable when they got there. They did try to help me figure it out. I ultimately did the job myself which I was trying to avoid.
At first, the lack of communication was very frustrating. TJ got involved and did a great job on the project. He worked very hard to make me happy. TJ did an awesome job!
The job was bid and all necessary arrangements made for them. No show. “Our mistake, we apologize and will be there tomorrow”. NO SHOW. I understand if the initial interest in the job ends, but be professional and inform the customer, don’t just ghost them. VERY unprofessional in my opinion.
