Cole seemed nice on the phone. We created an agreement. He sent me a written estimate on a Thursday to start the following Thursday. He asked me for a deposit to Venmo. On Monday I called and texted him a few times. Never heard from him. Job is supposed to be in two days. I am so glad I did not send him money because now he does not respond to several calls and text.
I sent request. They asked for pictures. Sent. No response.
For 3 weeks we communicated back snd forth with multiple promises of when Cole would visit our home. Seems like a nice guy. However, he never showed up. I wanted to use thumbtack - I think it is a great way to find talent. My guess is our job was too small for him. His reviews are very good but followup is so important. If he had visited us, reviewed our needs and then decided he did want our job maybe I would have still referred him. Now I’ve lost 3 weeks and he gets a bad review.

I wouldn’t give them a penny. They didn’t even care to give me an estimate or even care to answer my questions. Don’t even bother wasting your time

Cole reached out immediately. He was professional, friendly and gave me an estimate that we thought was accurate to the work that needed to be done. When they came out to do the work, they were prepared, worked hard all day and cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely hire them again.

Is not responsive and incredibly unwilling to help or even answer questions. I keep attempting to work with the company but this company has ignored me because they assume I won’t meet their $1,000 minimum. I continued to explain that I’m willing to pay more and would like them to help me with whatever they can do. But have just been ignored
