I scheduled a deep cleaning and the cleaner was done in 1 hour. She didn't mop the floors because the cup rings were still there in two places. I even asked her before she left if she mopped and she said yes. She was dropping things and knocked my tub faucet off the wall and the curtain rod into the middle of the wall. Also, she didn't clean any countertops. I could still see the marks on the counter that were there before she came. I was able to wipe them off with a Clorox wipe so I know she didn't clean. About the only thing it seems like she did was the stove top, dusted, and vacuumed a few places. Will not hire again.

This company has perfected the art of clean! The manager was very responsive and answered all my questions in a timely manner. The ladies showed up on time and did an exceptional job of cleaning a two bedroom 1 and a half bathroom condo. I will definitely use them again for regular cleaning a at my new place. Thank you for all your hard work!
Tatiana was an absolute sweetheart but she did not really deep clean. She did a basic cleaning for $200 it was not worth it. Also asked her boss to refund the difference for the fridge cleaning that I paid for and she did not touch my fridge at all! Never got refunded… I wouldn’t pay again for deep cleaning but Tatiana was sweet and would personally hire her again if I could’ve given her instructions myself
Avoid this “cleaning” pro at all costs. Read the other reviews. Cleaning of floors, walls, baseboards, were very dissatisfactory and incomplete. I was alerted by the company that the cleaner had completed the job but came home to find that not one wall had been washed. Then the cleaner hurriedly spot cleaned the walls and floors leaving streaks on both. While I pointed out that the walls hadn’t been done, the cleaner did not then go clean them all… I was only offered a 10% discount in response to my disappointment with the cleaning. No apologies, no acknowledgment of the photos of dirty walls. I do not recommend this cleaner at all. A complete ripoff for a “deep clean”.
Very thorough and clean, would definitely recommend!
Very expensive! Quoted standard 200$, deep 300 for 1200 sq ft, 1.5 baths and NO bedrooms
I was shocked because they had so many amazing reviews. I contacted lemon fresh to do a move out/post construction cleaning. I wasn’t in town, so I didn’t get a chance to see their work until a few days after I paid and tipped the cleaners. I was shocked to find a very basic cleaning done. They definitely did not do a deep cleaning. These are just some of the photos. Now I will hire a company that specializes in deep cleaning.
I expected to have a deep cleaning of my home but the only areas that seemed to be cleaned adequately were the bathrooms. Baseboards were suppose to be included in the service and im not sure that they were touched. Surfaces were left dusty. Definitely not what I expected after what I was charged.
Cleaners arrived on time and did a great job! My apartment was very dirty, and they completely transformed it. I’m really happy with the results!
I set up cleaning service with very little notice, and they were available immediately! She cleaned my whole 1-bed condo really well in just 2 hours for a great price!
