Gianna from Let Us Cook absolutely CRUSHED it for our birthday brunch 🎉🥞. Um yeah… you’re gonna want to LET THEM COOK! From the very beginning, her communication was top-tier—quick, clear, and just genuinely pleasant. Planning something at an Airbnb outside Vegas can feel chaotic, but she made it ridiculously easy and stress-free. And then… she casually offers to go and pick up balloons for us?! 🎈🎈 Such an awesome, thoughtful touch that made the whole setup feel extra special. Now let’s talk food because WOW. The sticky buns were straight-up dangerous—soft, gooey, and “accidentally eat two before anyone notices” level good 😅 The Country Benedict was unique and one of the best brunch dishes I’ve had—creative, flavorful, and perfectly executed. On top of all that, Gianna brought such a positive, upbeat energy to the whole experience. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and it shows in every detail. AND she delivered all of this at a really great price, which almost feels unfair considering how awesome everything was. 10/10 would book again 🙌 Highly, highly recommend—if you’re even thinking about it, just do it. Your future brunch-loving self will thank you.
Let Us Cook was the perfect hire for our elopement dinner party! Including us, Chefs Gianna and Lisa prepared delicious and visually appealing food for 10 people (we unfortunately dug into the food immediately, so we weren't able to take pics of all the food lol). Our guests raved the most about the lobster campanelle and garlic shrimp, and the risotto was my personal favorite. The rice was so soft, and the acidity cut through the richness perfectly. We had a chicken breast dish as well, which was perfectly tender and didn't have any of the dryness I tend to fear when it comes to chicken breast. Portions were well sized, and the chefs added in focaccia bread on top of our selections, which ended up being the perfect vehicle for the garlic shrimp sauce. Setup and breakdown for the serving dishes was efficient and fast, and we loved the little menu they made to help our guests identify what the dishes were. They were, by far, the best vendor we've worked with for our wedding. We plan on having a bigger party for extended family and friends later on, and if we weren't looking for a very specific cuisine for that, we would rehire Let Us Cook in a heartbeat. Two of our guests asked who the caterers were, and I very happily let them know + will continue to do so when anybody else asks me about caterers/private chef services! I cannot emphasize enough how smooth the process with them went and how much we loved the food.
Was in Vegas celebrating for a friend’s 60th birthday and decided to have a breakfast brunch catered. Asked for gluten free pancakes, which by the way was the best pancakes I have ever had. I wanted simple ingredients, they elevated the ingredients better than I could have imagined. Very responsive, polite and worked with me on timing and menu. Thank you again, she loved the brunch!!!!

They worked with me on menu suggestions to fit our event. They arrived on time (even a little early). Everything went great. The food was very good...my only regret is that I didn't double the order of meatballs which were amazing.

The food was unreal — flavorful, beautifully presented, and clearly made with so much intention and love. Every single guest was raving. Her professionalism, punctuality, and energy were next-level. She walked in with such warmth that she instantly felt like family. Honestly, I couldn’t stop hugging her out of pure excitement and gratitude — that’s how amazing her presence and her cooking were. She also recommended an incredible bartender, making the entire experience seamless from start to finish. It truly felt like she cared about us, our event, and the joy of the night. Chef Lisa mentioned she also offers meal prep, and trust me… the next time I’m in Vegas for an extended stay, I’m absolutely taking advantage of that. Everything was great about our experience working with Lisa. The food was excellent and she readily catered to individual needs in our group. 15 people for Thanksgiving and all we had to do was relax and enjoy. Best Thanksgiving ever!!

Responsiveness and punctuality also! This chef and assistant, Gianna are 100 🌟’s! I could not have asked for a better all around, everything experience! The food, set-up, clean up was absolutely superb! My booked chef had to cancel the Thursday before my Saturday event, I searched for a replacement; when I did get a reply I was informed there was a huge event in Las Vegas & all were booked, chef Lisa called me Friday morning advising she could help me and I had peace. I will book her again, always! I will refer her always, I thank “Let us Cook” for making me look great!
Lisa and her team did an amazing job. They were very professional and made the process so easy from contracting, picking the menu, to cleanup. The presentation was first class. I would highly recommend Lisa, and I will be using her in the future! She made Mother’s Day absolutely perfect!
I hired Lisa and Let Us Cook for my parents 70th wedding anniversary party and everything about them was great!! Everyone at the party was very impressed with the quality of the food and they all were asking me what the name of the company was! Lisa and her team did an amazing job! From planning to clean up, their service was flawless. We had an amazing brunch for 13 ladies complete with benedicts, bacon, potatoes, waffles, sticky buns, yogurts parfaits and all the accompaniments. 10/10 would recommend hiring Let Us Cook for your private event.
