I purchased a 4 ton ducted Mr cool heat pump online and selected "Let's Mechanical" to install them after speaking with multiple vendors. This company knows how to install heat pumps! I spoke with multiple contractors and most of them are clueless when it comes to installing them and some make it more complicated than it needed to be. I could tell through our conversations that they knew what they were doing.
Very responsive from the first message! Pricing was extremely fair. The crew was on-time, friendly, and quick to get through the job. Everything was well explained to me at the end. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

My central unit decided to randomly go out yesterday in the middle of the day. My house immediately shot up to 96 degrees. I was not trying to wait to get it fixed. To be honest, the unit came with the house 22 years ago. I pretty much got all of the use I was going to get out of it. Donald was the first person to reach out to me. What I appreciate was him being a straight shooter about what could be the problem, but the few options he had available for me. Case and point I just felt I needed a new unit and not worry about placing a band-aid on a boo-boo for a temp fix. I sent him the picture of my old one. He told me he has brand new ones available and could come and swipe it out for a new one and haul the old one off. In a few hours, he and his partner (I apologize I forgot his name) came and got to work immediately. It too the 2 gentlemen probably about 1-1/2 hours to get the job done overall. Donald checked a few vents inside to make sure cool air had begun to come in. He said it would take a few hours for the house to cool down, and he was absolutely right. Slowly but surely as it got later into the evening, my house had gone down to a nice 75 degrees. I would 1000% recommend him and his team. I know we can only pick three things we like working with the vendor, but yes I will add the Work Quality, and Punctuality was there just a much as the other areas.
I had a great experience with these guys. I needed my mini split installed in my room addition. They communicated well, came on time and installed properly. I am very pleased and would recommend them!
Very bad experience with this contractor. I asked them to replace coil and their person forgot to install a drain pan ( this as per his other experience repair who later came to fix) which led to leak in attic and upstairs closet drywall damage. When I mentioned he send a cheap drywall contractor and who messed up my drywall repair. Not happy with service and would recommend to use for ac repair.
