I wanted to click professionalism and punctuality too but I could only choose 3. I would definitely use Let’s Move again Cody and Tukai were awesome. They were fast at loading and unloading, very friendly and all around wonderful to work with. They even had to go to a friends house to pick a mattress up and she said they were very kind and she would use them in the future. The price was right and I am always down for helping a small business out! Thanks again!!!

Overall good experience with Let's Move. The Nick and Tukai were very nice and easy to work with. They did they best they could given the moving situation of elevator and loading area. Furniture was wrapped and handled with care.

Tukai and Jimmy were really great, they were quick in moving the boxes we had packed but the furniture took the bulk of the time and they could have been quicker in moving the furniture. I would have given them a better rating if they could have dismantled the couch and moved as it caused a few scratches in our apartment and also on the new home that we moved into. Overall the service was great, the owner was quick to respond on all queries and the price that they offered was affordable but it took a lot of time and a few damages to our new house.

Cody and Eugene helped me out with moving a mile down to my new home. They were professional and courteous. They took instructions well once arrived. Unfortunately they did not bring boxes with them and I don’t believe I was ever offer or given that option to request for moving boxes, I thought that would’ve been expected. They also couldn’t move my workout equipment, value could have been better but overall I am satisfied.
