he came out same morning to bid the job. it was fair priced and he accomplished the job quickly
Very knowledgeable and helpful. Very honest and realistic.
Matt did an awesome job with our leaky shower faucet. He was able to help us on very short notice. Will use him again!
Matt helped complete a bathroom refresh project - removed and installed a new toilet, vanity and light fixture. His price was competitive compared to other quotes I received. The project was completed over two days (afternoon of one, morning of another) and he was good about communicating when he was arriving and what the plan was for each day. As with any project, there were a few surprises (my brand new toilet was missing a crucial part from the box, after removing the old vanity the floor was not level underneath), but he was able to roll with it and adjust to get it done. I would use him again for future projects!
They deployed someone to do our work, but he never showed or called on our appointment day. Will be hiring someone else who can communicate and keep an appointment.
Matt promptly answered my request. Upon reviewing the pictures he explained to me what he thought the problem was. We set up a day, a time and a price. Matt showed up ontime and efficiently adjusted my shower door so that it now drains. Definitely use Matt again.
Matt delivered as promised. Our new bathroom is beautiful. He kept us updated throughout the process. He takes pride in the work he does and has very fair pricing compared to those big companies. we will hire Matt again!
Overall great experience with Matt. We hired Matt to help replace our shower during a bath remodel - work included plumbing, backer board, tiling, grouting, and installing the shower doors, which was a design he had never done before. There were a couple of hiccups during the project (like a water line mistakenly getting turned on spraying water everywhere in the freshly painted room) but nothing catastrophic and the work turned out great. We were completely remodeling the bathroom and he didn't push to do more than what we were asking him to do - he just bid on what we asked and did that work. Very happy with the results and would hire again.
Matt is doing a great job!
The service I received was prompt, courteous and professional. I have scheduled him for additional work. Thank you!
I hired Matt and his team to do a complete remodel of my bathroom. The project included a complete demolition of the entire bath (down to the studs), moving the flange of the toilet back closer to the wall (which meant moving the pipes around a joist in the basement), tile for the floor and shower, plumbing changes in the shower and all the finish work (paint, installing sink/vanity, cabinet, lighting, toilet, etc.). The entire project took just about 2 weeks from demo to completion. The delay was on me, the order/delivery of the glass wall for the shower took longer than expected. I would STRONGLY recommend Level Up Remodeling for your project. They are amazing, hard working, communicative and if there are issues, they let you know immediately. I loved the fact that Matt was super responsive when I texted or emailed questions about the project. Overall, I could not be happier!
Amazing work! Thanks Matt and his crew for the awesome flooring and my ceiling fan.. I love it really completes my home… 😊 This is some five star work⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Here are some before and after pics… I highly recommend Matt Valiant and his team!
