Had an in-person, free consultation with Arie. From the moment I reached out on Thumbtack to after receiving a quote, the whole team was incredibly responsive, punctual and friendly. Arie had a great demeanor and really helped educate myself and my partner on the process, options, budget considerations, etc. It's clear this team has a lot of expertise and a vast understanding for projects small and large. While we aren't moving forward at this time, we'll definitely consider LFM down the road!

Reviews
I had a great experience getting an estimate for a bathroom leak. The representative was responsive from the start and took the time to test several possibilities to determine the source of the leak. I appreciated the thorough approach and the knowledge they demonstrated throughout the visit. The estimate provided was fair and clearly explained. Even though I ultimately decided not to hire them for this particular project, I was impressed by their professionalism and follow-up regarding ways they could improve their service. I would definitely consider them for future work.
Its been about a month since the close of our boys' bathroom remodeling and its time to finally share my review. Remodeling can be so stressful and unexpected things can happen. With patience and communication all those unexpected were addressed. LFM, with thanks to Justin and Arie, did a great job in making sure the end job looked amazing and done with care. They listened to me when I was feeling worried or concerned. I dont have before pics, but the after is exactly how I hoped it would be. I would definitely use them again.
They missed the scheduled appointment twice in the same day which didn’t provide me with any confidence discussing a $10,000 project.
Even though my job was super small they did respond but was not able to do the job because it was so small. Which I agreed with them. It’s like a 30 min job.
Aiden made the whole process very easy and enjoyable. The floors were a great price for the quality and workmanship you get. We would recommend them to anyone and will be coming back in the future for more remodeling! K&N
Please don't call, leave voicemail, text, and email me daily for a month straight. No one appreciates that level of spam.
Headache free renovation from start to finish
José and the team were great to work with! I had an ugly slab for a back patio and wanted to put some outdoor tile on it. I got some wood looking tile from Floor & Decor and worked with their designer to draw up a mock of what I wanted. I sent the photo to José and they were able to replicate it. It turned out great! Will definitely use them for my next project.
Team from LFM was terrific to work with. We were living remotely while they did most of our bathroom renovation . They were very good at communicating and keeping us updated. They were tidy and never left a mess. They made sure we were satisfied and accommodated our changes in real time.
Estimate was outrageous for work that needed to be done!
I hired LFM to remodel my master bathroom. I am very happy with the results! The crew was easy to work with, responsive to my adjustments and performed quality work. Skender, the Project Manager kept everything on track, helped me make decisions and ensured I knew what to do with materials needed. I would recommend them and will use them again, when the need arises.
Did not call me when they said they would. I left a voicemail. They did not respond. I have a minor job. There minimum charge is $1500.00

My experience with porch roofing project was absolutely amazing, glad I stumbled upon LFM constructions and remodeling for the project. The team was absolutely great (Fred, Jeff, Myra, the crew). Five stars to my Project Manager (Jose), who went above and beyond to understand my project needs, budget, timing. He was highly responsive, courteous, focused on customer satisfaction and finished the project well ahead than the schedule. We are really happy and enjoying our new covered porch. Also, we discussed our next big project with Jose and team, hoping to have the same positive experience! Already shared their contact details among my dear friends, I am sure they would love to hire them.
Working with Tommy was great, he was always very responsive and clear as to what work was going to be done, and the finished product was exactly as I expected!
We had Leo come for bathroom remodeling. We ended up doing more projects. Upon initial consultation I found Leo to be meticulous man and no others were that attentive to details. Therefore we hired him to do the work. The whole process took two months, during which he was always responsive and responsible. Being a big project, mishaps are almost inevitable, but the way Leo handles incidents quickly and responsively left us a good impression. We trust that Leo can do a great job for us in the future, and for others. And his merits will help his company thrive in this industry.
Leo and his team helped remodel my master bathroom. They worked quickly to get things scheduled and coordinated, and were flexible when we hit some speed bumps due to shipping delays. Leo was responsive and in communication through each step of the process.
They did a beautiful job on our bathroom, which had some unique and custom elements.
I recently used California Green Builders for a small bathroom renovation. The bathroom is the only full bathroom in my home and in order to do the project, my family went out of town for the Christmas holiday while I stayed in town to manage the project - needless to say we were on a very tight schedule! California Green Builders not only came in with the best price after multiple bids, the work was done quickly, efficiently and with outstanding quality. The project was finished ahead of schedule and the workmanship is outstanding! I would not hesitate to use Lior and his wonderful crew again for any upcoming home renovations.
