overall, it was fine, got the job done. but i feel like there were several areas/spots she missed. like she said she cleaned the fridge but the fridge drawers still had dirt in them. she also didn't clean around the base of the toilet and the shower drain still actively had hair in it.... so, fine but i would def go with someone else if i had to do it differently.

I spoke with Rose who quoted the job and sent the cleaners. The ladies showed up smelling like marijuana. One of them said her 17 yr old son smokes in her house and won’t keep his door shut and that’s why she smells like marijuana. They did a less than good job with the list of things I needed done. Do not consider this company if you want your house cleaned, if you have tall cabinets, shelves, mirrors a refrigerator etc. I was told after the job was done that they are not allowed to use step stools for safety reasons. The cleaners are only allowed to clean as high as they can reach. There was no part of this cleaning job that was worth paying for. Nothing was done really well. I called the company and told them I was going to dispute the charge. In the end I was refunded all of the $350 for 2 hours (4 man hours).

I made a big mistake and it was hiring this company. Paid for a deep cleaning over $400 and they left the place dirty. Not only dirty the cleaner Basil who they claim is thier best only had 2 rags on him to clean a 3 bedroom apartment. The cleaner Basil used the same rags in bathroom as on the windows and blinds. Called the company only way thing they can do is send the same person out again. They only offered a full refund if I didn't leave a bad review, this from the 1 owner. I can't be a fraud to others.
The people that showed up were two hours late and prepared as a paper bag in a rain storm. They were good people but not of a professional cleaner abilities. A deep clean that cost $460 for a 700 square ft cabin, in great condition took 4 plus hours and was poorly done. The person Angel on the phone is a con.

I booked a move in clean for a new home that I just purchased and wanted a full cleaning of before I moved in so I could start with a nice blank canvas. The process to get a quote was very easy, the communication was prompt, and the crew showed up on time and were very pleasant and polite the whole time they were there. Unfortunately, I didn't do a thorough enough walk through because when I moved in a few weeks later, I began noticing a lot of things that either weren't done well, or just weren't done at all. The ceilings all still had cobwebs in the corners, the shower still had visible grime in the tub, and all of the floors had a layer of grime on them. Most disappointing of all, none of the cabinets were touched either inside or out even though I paid for the add on. I had high hopes and even booked them for a second job to do a move out cleaning on the home I was vacating before I realized the shortcomings of the work in the new home. I had to do a lot of cleaning on my own after moving in before I could unpack (some photos attached), which was disappointing since that's what I was trying to avoid in the first place. I had a similar experience with the move out cleaning in my old home. I paid over $1000 after tip for both jobs and unfortunately still had to pay a cleaning fee to my old landlord and will likely have to hire another cleaner to come do a full cleaning on the cabinets in the new home since I don't have ability to do the higher ones myself. I'm not trying to bomb them because they did a lot of stuff well and I'm still rating 3 stars because it probably would have been fine if this was a more standard cleaning. They just didn't fit my needs in this case where the house needed a thorough move in clean with some extra care to clean up from the previous owners.
