There are many very competent instructors out there. There are not as many who have 32 years of real-world medical experience. There are even fewer who know how to leverage that experience and education to help create an effective, yet entertaining, learning experience. We can do that! I've had more than a few students from previous classes approach me at a later date and tell me that what I taught them saved a life! How could a person ever get tired of hearing that?

Doug was quick to respond and scheduled our family/ group CPR class. He is super knowledgeable and shared real life experiences that kept our group entertained and focused during the class. The whole hands on experience brought real life scenarios that prepared all of us if ever need to do CPR. We highly recommend Doug for anyone newly learning CPR or recerifying.
I rearranged the entire morning of patients to schedule the CPR training. Trainer said he had to move a medical appointment to that day. I explained that I had to rearrange my entire schedule for the training and he didn't respond.

Doug was awesome! He was hands-down the best CPR instructor we could have asked for. With an extensive background in pre-hospital medical treatment, Doug was the perfect fit for teaching our Physical Therapy students. Doug provided high-quality, functional demonstrations and skills, and he made understanding the material a breeze. He has real-life knowledge about this subject, which gave our students an even clearer understanding of material application. Doug was extremely easy to communicate with, and was able to adapt to last-minute time changes without issue. The value he brought to our students curriculum was extraordinary. Doug was very informative and helpful with his class. He answered any and all questions with a great explanation. Every person in the class truly enjoyed the class and we all highly will be recommending him for anyones class needs & our future class needs. I’ve been taking these classes for the last 16 years and this was by far the most knowledgeable and helpful class I’ve taken.
