His investigation was thorough and his analysis of the issues in my Condo yielded a fact-finding Report that was sent to me right away, after his Inspection. Scott was great. He was thorough in the inspection, he was personable and professional. He answered all of our questions and explained things well. His official report was easy to follow and had pictures of everything which made it easy to understand what was found. I would highly recommend him!
SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM...... Run, RUN , RUN DO NOT WALK. YOU'LL PAY FOR SECOND INSPECTION, AMPLE REPAIRS, INSTALLATIONS AND NEW APPLIANCES (NOT TESTED OR MENTIONED) in the report then youll have to find time in schedule to file your small claims lawsuit or have your attorney do it, after Scott claims he mailed you a FULL refund for the terrible job of NOT mentioning REPAIRS NEEDED ITEMS. NEVER RECEIVED REFUND AFTER MULTIPLE REASSURING CALLS, THAT IT WAS SENT. NEVER SENT. THEN YOUR TOLD TO GO TO THERE BANK FOR THE REFUND. THE BANKERS WERE CONFUSED. Scott's friend girl then talks aggressive, rude, accusatory, yelling, nasty tone as if. As a customer its your fault for booking this service with Lighthouse. I booked on Thumbtac based on Reviews. SEE MY Review, DONT BOOK, TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE. Especially NEW CUSTOMERS & FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS.
Scot conducted a sewer scope inspection of my plumbing system, and we went through the findings together during the process. He assured me that there were no issues with the pipes and mentioned that he would upload pictures for my records. However, after experiencing a significant backup in the drains, I was forced to call a plumber for further evaluation. It was then that I discovered a break in the pipe caused by tree roots that had been invading the system for some time. Despite Scot's initial claim that there were no problems, he failed to provide any visual documentation or evidence to support his assessment. The only picture I received was a vague image included in his report, which merely depicted the camera inside the pipe without any context or details. Unfortunately, when I reached out to Scot for clarification and to request more information, he completely ignored my inquiries and did not respond. This lack of communication left me frustrated and confused about the services I had paid for. I am seeking clarity on what exactly I was billed for, given the discrepancies in Scot's findings and the subsequent issues I encountered.
