Austin was pleasant to talk to, however the workers didn't want take on the project. claiming it was to much work. My wife and I took out all trash and furniture in 1hr & 1/2. It took us 4 1/2hrs to clean.
Vita was the best and professional. And on time. Work was excellent.
House was in poor shape, and this was told prior to them coming out. I wanted a cleaning of each room and appliances. The bedrooms were wiped down quickly, and you could tell. Some walls were cleaned while others were not. Bathrooms vanities/sinks were done below average, and the floors were untouched. Not even swept or anything. I’m not sure if my expectations were too high, but they had to call in a second cleaner and charge me an additional $200. My realtor showed up, and said nobody was there. The cleaners were there for about 2 hours and supposedly ran out of product and had to go buy more. Overall not entirely pleased with the quality of work for what I paid.
They did not clean inside the kitchen cabinets, wipe down my windows, vacuum my sectional by removing the cushions and cleaning underneath. They cleaned inside the fridge and just shoved everything back in. I had to clean my room bc they did not touch it at all. It was poorly vacuumed and poorly wiped down. The light switches were not wiped down and the walls around the switches were not even touched. I at least expected all the floors to be throughly clean and the kitchen to be cleaned. They did a half job. I could have paid for a regular cleaning and it would have been better than this.
Very thorough and fast worker. Plan to use their service on a regular basis.
We had a great experience with Like Clean LLC. Austin was very friendly and responsive, they were able to get us scheduled quickly, and they did great work. We had originally planned on just a move-in clean, but it went so well we decided we'd like to keep getting monthly services. I highly recommend them!
Absolutely great deep clean experience. We have a shedding dog breed and Vita went above and beyond to tackle the dog hair. Our bathrooms are sparkling. Austin and Vita checked multiple times that cleaning was to our liking. Grateful for their service during a very busy time of life.
This was a last minute request. Excellent response time. Vita did a wonderful job on my bedroos, bathrooms, living and formal living area. My kitchen is sparkling and home smells s fresh and clean. I would like to continue Vita with and Like clean, LLC
