Please do yourself a favor and STAY FAR AWA from this company! First, they overcharged me and sent what appears to be a misleading invoice. The attached invoice shows a total reservation cost of $1,544.40 with a $386.00 deposit. That should leave a remaining balance of $1,158.40, but I was charged $1,276.40 instead, an overcharge of $118.00. See picture attached. Second, the driver behaved unprofessionally and made us feel unsafe. During the ride, he became upset and threatened to end the trip because, according to him, the overseas call center that dispatches rides owed him money. We also saw him texting while driving. When someone in our group pointed it out, he became defensive and said he was ending the ride because he felt embarrassed. Third, after the trip, the overseas call center repeatedly contacted me demanding additional money. They called me from five or six different phone numbers, sent text messages, and even contacted me through WhatsApp. The repeated calls and messages were excessive and unsettling. In the end, the $118 overcharge was the least of my concerns. I was far more concerned about the driver's behavior and the persistent harassment afterward. I'm just grateful we made it home safely. I would not recommend this company and strongly encourage others to look elsewhere.

Booked Limo-House for my birthday from Linden to Chelsea Piers and did not receive what was promised. The Sprinter was supposed to comfortably fit 16 with amenities (ice, drinks, champagne). Instead—no amenities, just warm water, and 15 people were cramped and uncomfortable. When I followed up, I was told I should’ve said something sooner, and the manager even suggested the issue was the size of the passengers—completely unprofessional. I requested at least my deposit back and was offered 15% off instead. I will not be returning.

Don’t call this guy. After describing what i wanted he texted my personal phone and quoted a price. Then when i agreed, he calls and says “it was a mistake “. He explained his “personal assistant” gave the wrong price. So he then gave us a price 200 more than what the assistant gave. Which was unacceptable. So then my fiancé calls a day later to requests the SAME services, and this man UPS the price by 500!!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! They make up prices as they go!!! Below you will see the price of 530 that was quoted. After that it went down hill!
