The service was performed on a Sunday, the same day I called. The phone call itself was initially returned within only a few minutes of my making it. The technician was professional, low key, and impressively quick fixing a stubborn paper jam on an old Canon printer/copier. I will have no hesitation calling this company for any computer problem I might have from now on.
Regis and I discussed hooking up dual monitors by phone and text. He came to my home and performed the install very quickly. The monitors are working perfectly, no issues.
