Ryan and his sue chef were amazing. Great communication and ease with creating our menu that lasted throughout the event. He was very transparent about his pricing and helping in any questions that I had. The day of the event he provided amazing food and service that people are still commenting on. I will absolutely be booking him for future events!!

Hired Chef Ryan and his team for my birthday event for 30 people and it was incredible. The pricing was transparent and fair. Ultimately because of scheduling I worked w Chef Sarah and she was responsive, knowledgeable, and the buffet was outstanding and delicious w amazing presentation. Friends could not stop raving about it. We had vegetarian options and it was all gluten free and you never would have known. They also gave wine/beer recommendations. My biggest goal was to not have to worry about anything so I could just have fun at my event and, wow, these folks delivered. I can’t thank them enough for taking care of us.
Food was incredible, people were so kind, they really pulled it together in a short amount of time. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for catering!

Wow! What a treat! What an amazing brunch for Mother’s Day! Prime rib was cooked to perfection, the fried chicken with waffles made my house smell amazing and was my favorite! The fruit salad and potato salad were perfect for the start of summer and were a big hit! A family favorite is the deviled eggs and they did not disappoint! A beautifully displayed spread! He included a pecan cheesecake for dessert and it was the best cheesecake I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a lot! Very impressed and very pleased! He cooked, served, cleaned and it was a perfect gift for my high standard mother! LOL! THANK YOU RYAN! Will be returning!

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Chef Ryan! We planned a surprise dinner from Spokane for my mom’s retirement in Battle Ground and working and communicating with him couldn’t have been easier. He provided great menu options and we were able to plan the whole event seamlessly. We were not in attendance but heard nothing but fantastic things about Chef Ryan, how professional he is , the delicious food and experience as a whole! It was just wonderful to have set this up and receive a phone call afterwards from my parents going on about how they and their friends were so impressed with Ryan! We would hire him for an event again without question. Thank you so much for making this event so special for all involved!
Chef Ryan was amazing and gave us a Valentine’s Day we will never forget! He was very professional and the food was amazing. We were nervous about what to do while waiting and it being awkward but he wiped that away within minutes. We had a blast! Definitely requested him again with friends!
Ryan did an amazing job for my moms special surprise birthday dinner. I've never experienced something so intimate before and decided to take a chance versus going out. Now I rather do this instead going forward. Ryan was prompt did a great job of cleaning as he went and left no signs that he ever was in the kitchen creating a four course meal. It was very professional and clean and friendly and I can't wait to do this again sometime. The food was amazing and the presentation too! He even created dinner menus.

I cannot say enough good things about Chef Ryan. I booked Ryan to cook dinner for my partners 40th and it was nothing short of amazing. My partner is still talking about how good the lamb was that he cooked! Ryan used premium ingredients and the flavor was perfection. Ryan was professional, easy to work with and very personable. He talked us through each dish that he prepared and i think he even left my kitchen cleaner that it was when he arrived. I would highly recommend Ryan to anyone that is looking to book a chef.
We had Chef Ryan cater for our September wedding. Not only was I completely SOLD after the tasting we had, all my guests at the wedding raved about the food. 100% would go with Chef Ryan all over again - absolutely no complaints. He was super responsive throughout the whole wedding planning process and even recommended two bartenders on somewhat short notice. I was beyond pleased with his work and would recommend him for any wedding. We had steak, salmon and chicken with a variety of salads and vegetable sides. SOOO GOOD.

This guy was worth every penny. We hired chef Ryan for a small 40th birthday dinner party. He outdid himself. Very professional, fun, charismatic and on point for everything we wanted. Our food was picture perfect and so tasty! I would definitely use him again.
